1/1/22: Unfortunately I have been pinged so I need to self isolate until the middle of this week. However, I still spend (over) 30 minutes outside in nature today - pottering in my garden. Its not big, but there's plenty to be done like cutting back last year's growth of the clematis. I'm not being too fierce as the sparrows love it!
